| I would like more info on the theft replacement offer for the Lighted Cross. |
| The solar lighted cross (ELC-14) and solar lighted Angel (ELA-14) both come with a theft replacement offered through the manufacturer. There is a theft replace form include with each cross and angel. The form explain how to go about getting your replacement. It basically states that you may need a police report, then fill out the form, send it in to the address provided along with $13 to cover costs and they will ship you a replacement. |

| Can I pay by check and if so what is your address? |
| We no longer except personal checks. All orders must be placed through the website shopping cart. If you have a special request or a large order to place, please contact us by email and provide us with your phone number and we will gladly call you. |

| How long does it take to ship my order? |
Orders placed Mon thru Fri are generally shipped the same week. Custom arrangements have a two day lead time included in your ship date. These are not just sitting on a shelf, but are created just for you and your loved one. If an item on your order is not in stock, we wait until that item(s) is received before we ship your order.
Once we have shipped your order, it typically takes 3 business days for your order to arrive at your ship to destination, expect on the west coast and Hawaii and Alaska, takes 4 to 5 business days. There is also a large fuel surcharge placed on orders to Hawaii and Alaska. This is from Fed Ex not Memorial Silks. |

| Looking for a Solar Christmas Tree? |
We have had many requests for a small solar powered Christmas tree, but we have not been able to find such an item anywhere. We have found a 2 foot ground stake Christmas tree with battery power lights. We purchase a few of these and tried, unsuccessfully, to make it solar powered. We also found solar powered Christmas lights on eBay, but the seller wants a whopping $70 for one set.
So at this point we will keep looking, but it appears that making a true solar power Christmas is cost prohibitive. If you are interested in purchasing one of the battery powered Christmas trees, give us a call, because they are not listed on our website. |

| If an organization, group, church or individual will be placing a large order that includes many multiples of the same items, give us a call, we will gladly work out quantity pricing for you. Sorry, but due to our low prices and the cost of shipping these items, please do not ask us to cover shipping costs. Thank you. |

| I just ordered a bunch of items, but my shipping costs seem high? |
| Our memorial items are generally not all that heavy, however, some items are rather large or require odd sized and large boxes. All the shipping companies charge more for large boxes, regardless of their weight. Furthermore, we use high quality boxes and hand pack each order to ensure safe shipping so your item will not get damaged. |
