We are proud of the products we sell. However, we are not happy if you are not happy.
If you are not satisfied with any product you have ordered from us, just send it back and we will refund 100% of your purchase price, provided the instructions below are followed.
If you do decide that one or more of our products do not meet your expectations, just email us at support@memorialsilks.com or call 1.206-666-1820 (make sure you leave your order number on the message) to request your Quality & Satisfaction RMA Number. You must make this call within the first 10 days of receiving your order and the items you want to return must not have been used.
Note: if you decided to return your arrangement after 10 days, there will be a 25% restocking fee. No product returns will be excepted without our RMA number. See Return Policy below. |

| Stated Sizes and Dimensions |
| Most of the products on our website list sizes or dimensions, for example 33 inch headstone spray; this means the headstone spray is approximately 33 inches long. All stated sizes and dimensions are approximate. The actual size of the item you receive may vary to some small degree. Signature Series items are all custom, hand made using fine silks and their sizes will vary also. Due to silk flower manufacturing beyond our control we cannot guarantee that the final product you receive will have the exact dimensions as stated on our site. The dimensions are to be viewed (used) as a guide. |

| Availability |
All products are subject to availability and if necessary will be replaced by a similar product of equal or greater value upon customer approval.
All notifications of product replacements due to availability are communicated via email. Therefore, please ensure that we have your correct email address, and make sure that your spam blocking software does not block messages from mail.MemorialSilks.com. You can also login to your account on this web site to see copies of the email messages we have sent to your email box. |

| Return Policy |
Customers must contact us to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, before returning any items for any reason.
Any item may be returned within 15 business days of shipping (the Ship Date on your invoice). All packing and the item itself must be return in their original shipping condition, suitable for resale. Any items that have been used, as in placed at a cemetery are not returnable. You must request a Return Authorization (RMA) number from Memorial Silks customer support and this RMA number must be included with your return shipment.
There is a 25% restocking fee assessed for all returns in which there is nothing wrong with the item, it is simply a taste matter. Return Shipping at customer’s expense.
Credit for returns are applied to the customer's credit card or a company check will be US mailed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends) of receipt of return shipment and inspection.
Return Shipping Charge Policy
In order to maintain our low prices we must ask that ALL returned items, regardless of reason for return, be paid for by the customer. In the event of damaged or incorrect shippments, we will ship out a replacement or the correct product at our expense ONLY after we have received the returned item(s), no exceptions.
Incorrect Shipments
Incorrect shipments will be replaced at no charge, excluding return shipping charges. Call for an RMA number for replacement.
Damaged Shipments
Merchandise that arrives damaged, must be reported to us immediately (with in 24 to 72 hours of receiving your package). Damaged shipments will be replaced at no charge, excluding return shipping charges. Call for an RMA number for replacement.
To receive a Return Authorization number (RMA#): Email returns@MemorialSilks.com or call 1.206-666-1820 and leave a message.
Note: You will receive return shipping instructions via email when you call for your RMA number.

| Shipping Policy |
- We will ship to Postal Boxes, but only through the U.S. Postal Service for an extra fee per order. Fee is listed when placing your order. Due to the US Postal Service raising the post fees and for charging by deminsional weight, it is recommended that you do not choose to ship to a PO Box. In most cases it will cost you more than shipping via UPS or FedEx.
- Due fuel surcharges by the shipping companies such as UPS, ALL orders are subject to additional shipping charges up to $9.00.
- All orders, from within the Continental USA, will be shipped by UPS or FedEx Ground, 2nd Day Air or may be mailed through U.S. Postal Service.
- Although you have the option of selecting your shippment method, MemorialSilks.com reserves the right to ship your order via any carrier.
- All orders shipping outside the Continental U.S., including Hawaii and Alaska, may be charged additional shipping fees. After you have placed your order, MemorialSilks.com will send you an email confirming the final cost and wait for your return email and approval before shipment.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping is calculated base on a combination of total weight, total number items in your order, number or individual boxes shipped and box sizes. When you proceed to the checkout, shipping will be estimated for you. When you reach the order summary page, just before submitting and completing your order, you will see a final estimate for shipping cost on your order. However as stated above ALL orders are subject to additional shipping charges up to $9.00. If we need to charge more to cover our cost, we will email or call you first. If you do not response to our email or phone call within 5 business days, we will cancel your order.
We reserve the right to change Shipping Rates at any time.

Under NO circumstances will we send you unauthorized emails, mail, or phone calls. We will NEVER sell, lease, or rent your information. We do not keep your credit card information on file. All credit card information is passed on to Verisign for processing. Once you place an order with us you are automatically authorizing us to contact you in regards to your order. We will in every way protect your information from theft. However in the event of a theft or break in, we are not responsible for the information taken from our system and can only be held liable for the total amount of your orders.
